Click, click, click..

Do you know the feeling when you meet someone you've never seen and feel like you've always been friends? I do.

In the last year it took me a while to find people like that. The first was Marianne and I'd been in the states for about three months before we met, in the middle of a group of German au pairs who didn't want to speak to me.

In this year it took me about a week to find one. Marina is her name.. after that Saturday when we got lost in this huge city we've spent all the Tuesdays and most of the weekends together. After that I've found three other girls like that.. and I've been here less than a month. Am I doing something differently than the last year or is this just destiny? Whatever it is I love it.
